Organisations
Users
Users can be associated with one or more organisations, and a logged-in user can switch between organisations on their dashboard.
You can add as many users as you wish to your Eyris organisation. Users are managed and invited through the "Users" link in the left hand menu. If an invited user already exists on Eyris they will be added to your organisation, and if they are a new user they will be sent a link to finish setting up their account.
Users can have 3 organisation access levels:
Administrator: the user can see and do everything in this organisation.
Access all sites: the user can access all sites in the organisation but are unable to change organisation-level settings, e.g. notifications.
Limited site access: the user can only access certain sites in the organisation, which you manually select.
